WHERE CAN I PURCHASE COSMETIC PACKAGING NOW PRODUCTS?
IS THE AVAILABILITY & CURRENT INVENTORY OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE?
Yes, the items are in stock unless the "buy button" has been changed to sold out. You can check the current inventory on each product page under the review star rating.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
No, we do not have a MOQ "minimum order quantity." The choice is yours. You can buy either, just one single item or any number of items [even mixing bottles and jars] according to your purchase needs.
HOW MANY UNITS DO I HAVE TO ORDER?
We have a no minimum order quantity system that allows you to order as few as one of each of our products. We find this to be ideal for our clients, especially for conducting stability and shelf life testing for your unique formula in our products.
DO YOU SEND SAMPLES?
As there is no minimum order requirement simply buy a single item to see if this is suitable for your needs. All our products are of the highest commercial grade used by established brands for their products.
CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
You can order any sample on the website for a minimal price as we provide no order quantity limitations on any of our inventory.
HOW DO I KNOW YOUR PACKAGING WILL WORK WITH MY FORMULATION?
A variety of factors determines the compatibility of your formulation with any cosmetic packaging/container, which is why we have chosen to offer our products at any quantity. It is up to you to perform appropriate stability, compatibility, and shelf life testing to ensure your formulation is best presented to market. Stability & Shelf Life Testing are industry standard tests performed by you (or your lab) to determine the suitability of any container with your formulation.
TECHNICAL DRAWING QUESTION- WHERE CAN I FIND THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PRODUCTS I AM INTERESTED IN?

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE DIFFERENCES ARE BETWEEN THE AIRLESS PUMP DESIGN VERSUS STANDARD COSMETIC PACKAGING.
Traditional cosmetic jars and bottles often require that you dip your finger in to dispense product or utilize a dip tube. The airless bottles and jars use a clever vacuum mechanic to dispense the product as you pump. This helps to keep your product preserved by keeping air and contaminants out of your product and allows your clients to get full usage of the product as the airless pump pushes product from the bottom of the container to the top. WHY ARE THESE LIP GLOSS BOTTLES NOT SEALING/WIPER STAYING IN?
Sealing these tubes can be a learning experience. The lip gloss containers come from the factory with the wiper on the wand. We keep them on the wand when shipping for two reasons. First, so they don’t get lost in transit, and second, for simple and correct installation. When the wiper is up in the cap you can insert the wand into the tube, apply a bit of pressure, and tightly screw the cap onto the bottle. In doing so you will be threading the wiper into the inside of the tube to ensure it stays in. Once you have it tight and the cap is screwed on, you can unscrew the cap and the wiper should be snugly installed into the bottle. We recommend filling the bottle with your formula prior to installing the wiper.
HOW DO YOU FILL THE LIP GLOSS CONTAINERS?
There are several methods for filling lip gloss tubes. They are intended to be machine filled in a lab, but you can easily fill them at home. There are commercial grade syringes that work well for filling them. We have also seen some small business owners use household tools such as a turkey baster, or pastry icing applicator. These methods are elected in place of the preferred method where tubes are filled in a cosmetic laboratory by machine. It also comes down to what would work best with the viscosity of your unique formula.

CAN YOU SILK SCREEN OR LABEL YOUR PACKAGING WITH MY CUSTOM GRAPHICS?
No, we do not provide decoration services. Please visit our printing partners page for recommended silk screen printers & label printers. If required, we can ship your items directly to your printing or labeling service provider.
WHERE DO I OBTAIN SILKSCREEN AND LABEL DIE LINES FOR YOUR BOTTLES AND JARS?
The print and label die lines can be found in the item description.
DO YOU HAVE CARTONS FOR YOUR PACKAGING?
No, we do not supply cartons.
DO YOU HAVE AN IN-HOUSE DESIGNER FOR CUSTOM GRAPHICS?
No, we do not provide graphics or design services.
DO YOU OFFER THESE PRODUCTS IN OTHER COLORS/DESIGNS?
We are an online stock inventory cosmetic packaging supplier so the product styles and colors you see displayed on the website are the only ones we have readily available. If you are interested in starting a large quantity custom project we are equipped to help your vision become reality- this kind of order entails a MOQ (5,000 units of our bottles/jars and 30,000 units for lip gloss containers). HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING LABELS AND SECONDARY PACKAGING FOR MY CONTAINERS?
We do not provide anything other than the containers themselves. All labeling, decoration, packaging and filling will need to be done by you or a facility that specializes in the service you would like done. Shipping & Delivery Questions
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?
Our products are shipped from our Dallas, Texas warehouse.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We provide fulfilment within 48 business hours. The shipping transit time will vary by what method of shipping is chosen.
HOW LONG ARE DELIVERY TIMES?
Please allow our fulfillment team 1-2 business days to complete your order. Once fulfillment is completed, we will ship out to you via the shipping method you chose when completing your order. Once shipped you will receive an email with information to track your package.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include total distance, the weight of the shipment and which shipping option you choose. At checkout, you will be able to see the shipping price.
WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
You can ship your order anywhere in the United States. If you need to ship your order to another country, you will need to contact us before placing the order.
CAN YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes! Our products can ship anywhere around the world. Please note that you will be solely responsible for any duties and taxes associated with your purchase upon import to your country. Transit time will vary based on selected shipping carrier and service, but you will be able to see estimated transit time when your order has shipped. To get an estimate of price and transit time before your order, please add the products to your cart and run the shipping estimator tool on the cart page prior to checkout.
WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS?
You can check the status of your orders through your email notifications from order confirmation emails. Your shipping tracking number will be automatically sent through email after the order is fulfilled at our warehouse.
CAN I USE MY OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT?
Yes, if you contact us before the order is placed and supply your FedEx account number. We only accept FedEx shipping accounts for case quantity shipping.
DO YOU SHIP LTL PALLET SHIPMENTS FOR BULK ORDERS?
If the order is large enough we can set up an LTL pallet shipment or allow a customer pick up with your freight carrier. You will need to contact us before a bulk order is placed when an LTL shipment is needed.

HOW STABLE IS YOUR ORDER REPLENISHMENT?
Our stock program receives regular resupply shipments from our factories. There can be some unpredictability depending on what items are in high demand, but we are never out of stock for more than a couple weeks.

I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCTS AND NEED TO RETURN AND NEED TO GET THE INTENDED PRODUCTS. HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS?
We do provide exchanges for mistaken products being ordered. First, send back the package to our fulfillment center: 13760 Diplomat Dr., Farmers Branch TX 75234. Once we receive it, our quality assurance team will review and assess if our restocking fee (15% minimum – 30% maximum) applies. Please see our full return policy for more information.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I NEED TO RETURN BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. HOW DO I RETURN?
Please return the products back to our fulfillment center at 13760 Diplomat Dr, Farmers Branch Texas 75234. Once received, our QA team will review the return and asses the restocking fee (15% minimum – 30% maximum). Once reviewed, we will process the applicable refund and have a confirmation email sent to you.
MY ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED AND I AM FINDING THEM TO BE FAULTY/DEFECTIVE- WHAT IS MY NEXT COURSE OF ACTION?
