Q&A
- The piston in the 100ml and 120ml bottles seem to lose pressure with the slightly jar or bump to the bottom which then stops the bottle from pumping. What are some things to check to help avoid this issue. It's berm happening on 2 out of 4 bottles consistently. Help. I love the look of these and don't want to switch.

- We provide label templates for every product under the “tech and deco files” tab under the product description. We have options for label template with/without a gap. The pure collection is slightly tapered and requires custom labels. All of our products are top fill and ready for immediate use. To close this bottle ensure it is filled to capacity and void of any air pockets. Place the bottle on a firm surface such as a table and apply pressure downwards until you hear the top snap into place. Please note once this bottle is closed it cannot be reopened.
